This problem is entirely caused by bad habits: eating spicy and greasy foods, drinking strong alcohol and sugary beverages, staying up late, getting angry easily, and prolonged sitting all allow damp-heat and excess fire to accumulate and remain in the body.

The formula's combination is exceptionally ingenious: Gentian root serves as the core to clear fire and dispel dampness, while Scutellaria and Gardenia assist in clearing heat, guiding the fire to be expelled through urine; Alisma, Clematis, and Plantago seeds promote diuresis and also improve eyesight; Chinese angelica and Rehmannia nourish yin and blood, preventing damage to the body from cold and cooling herbs; Bupleurum guides the herbs into the liver meridian and soothes liver qi, while licorice harmonizes the properties of the herbs.

After following the formula for 7 days, urine becomes clear, the urethra no longer feels hot, the lower body becomes dry and odor-free, and feelings of irritability completely disappear!
