First is "Deficiency of Essence leads to leg fatigue." Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) holds that the Kidney stores Essence and governs the bones and marrow, which are transformed from Kidney Essence. If Kidney Essence is insufficient, the bones cannot be nourished, leading to osteoporosis, soreness and weakness in the legs and feet, and fatigue after walking just a few steps. This may even manifest as loose teeth, hair loss, and forgetfulness. In such cases, it is necessary to replenish Kidney Essence; one may consider Guilu Bushen Wan to tonify the Kidney, strengthen Yang, benefit Qi and Blood, and fortify the tendons and bones.

Next is "Deficiency of Blood leads to eye fatigue." TCM states that "the Liver receives Blood and enables vision," because the Liver opens into the eyes and is connected to them through meridian branches. If Liver Blood is insufficient and fails to nourish the eyes, symptoms such as dry eyes, easy fatigue, and blurred vision will occur, often accompanied by insomnia, excessive dreaming, dizziness, a pale complexion, and scanty menstruation in women. In such cases, it is necessary to nourish the Liver and supplement Blood; one may consider Mingmu Dihuang Wan to nourish the Kidney and Liver and improve vision.

Finally, there is "Qi deficiency leading to physical fatigue." Qi is the fundamental substance of the human body, driving all physiological activities. If Qi is insufficient, there will be a lack of strength, a feeling of general weakness, an inability to muster energy for tasks, and a tendency to sweat profusely. In such cases, it is necessary to supplement Qi. One may consider Sijunzi Wan (Four Gentlemen Pills) to replenish Qi and strengthen the Spleen.

However, please be reminded that Traditional Chinese Medicine emphasizes syndrome differentiation; do not take medication blindly. If you are unsure which condition you have, you must use medication under the guidance of a professional physician.
