In daily life, many people often feel exhausted and weary all over, a sensation that cannot be relieved even with rest. Today, I will share three Chinese patent medicines to help you replenish your body from head to toe.

First is "insufficient essence leads to leg fatigue." Traditional Chinese Medicine believes that the kidney stores essence and governs the bones and marrow, which are transformed from kidney essence. If kidney essence is insufficient and cannot nourish the bones, conditions such as osteoporosis, weak and sore legs, extreme fatigue after walking just a few steps, loose teeth, hair loss, and forgetfulness may occur. In such cases, it is necessary to replenish kidney essence; one may consider Guilu Bushen Wan to tonify the kidney, strengthen Yang, benefit Qi and blood, and fortify the tendons and bones.

Next is eye fatigue due to blood deficiency. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is said that "the liver receives blood and enables vision." The liver opens into the eyes and is connected to them through meridian branches. If liver blood is insufficient and fails to nourish the eyes, symptoms such as dryness, easy fatigue, and blurred vision will occur. This is often accompanied by insomnia, excessive dreaming, dizziness, and in women, scanty or delayed menstruation. Such individuals typically have a pale complexion and very light-colored nails and lips. This requires nourishing the liver and replenishing blood; one may consider Mingmu Dihuang Wan to nourish the kidneys and liver while improving eyesight.

Lastly, body fatigue due to Qi deficiency. Qi is the fundamental substance of the human body, driving various physiological activities. If Qi is insufficient, there will be a lack of strength, leading to a feeling of general weakness, a lack of energy for any task, profuse sweating after minimal physical exertion, a low and weak voice, and feeling exhausted every day. In this situation, it is necessary to replenish Qi; one may consider Sijunzi Wan to benefit Qi and strengthen the spleen.

Please note that the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine requires syndrome differentiation. If needed, please consult a professional physician promptly for diagnosis, treatment, and conditioning.
