First, excessive Liver Fire. The most prominent characteristic of these individuals is difficulty falling asleep. When Liver Fire is hyperactive, it disturbs the mind and spirit, leading to restlessness and insomnia. Symptoms include irritability, a constant urge to lose one's temper, a dry and bitter mouth, and dry, itchy eyes. In such cases, Xiegan Anshen Wan may be considered.

Second, excessive Kidney Fire. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes the Kidney governs reproduction and development. These individuals often experience heightened sexual desire. Kidney Fire is actually a manifestation of "Deficiency Fire" generated internally due to Kidney Yin deficiency. This Deficiency Fire rises and disturbs the mind, weakening one's willpower and leading to increased libido. However, because the Kidney is fundamentally weak, these individuals often experience premature ejaculation during intercourse. In such cases, Zuogui Wan may be considered.

The third type is excessive stomach fire. Typical symptoms for these individuals include swollen and painful gums; they may experience bleeding gums when eating slightly hard foods or brushing their teeth. Additionally, they tend to get hungry quickly and may occasionally experience stomach pain. Niuhuang Qingwei Wan can be used as a reference for treatment.

A reminder to everyone: Traditional Chinese Medicine requires syndrome differentiation. If needed, please consult a professional physician for timely diagnosis, treatment, and conditioning.
