Unable to perform when faced with desire, or finishing too quickly: A small prescription to replenish kidney essence, nourish Qi and blood, and restore male vitality.
Many men lack self-restraint in their youth and engage in frequent masturbation. Over time, they either struggle with erectile dysfunction or find themselves "soft" and unable to last. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes this is mostly caused by a deficiency of kidney essence. Kidney essence can transform into Qi and blood; once it is depleted, a person's mental state deteriorates, leading to symptoms of premature aging such as lethargy, back pain, forgetfulness, hair loss, loose teeth, tinnitus or deafness, premature ejaculation, and nocturnal emission.
At this stage, it is necessary to tonify the kidneys, fill the essence, and nourish Qi and blood to recover the lost kidney essence. Today, I will share a small prescription with you called Xianfang Sanbu Wan, which consists of Poria cocos (Fuling), Psoralea corylifolia (Buguzhi), and Myrrh (Moyao). Poria cocos allows heart blood and kidney essence to mutually nourish each other; Psoralea corylifolia tonifies kidney Yang while strengthening the spleen and stomach to improve digestion and absorption; and Myrrh primarily functions to nourish the blood. The heart governs blood, the liver stores blood, and the kidneys store essence. Myrrh can nourish and activate blood to ensure essence and blood are abundant, while also generating and moving Qi to fill the body's deficiencies. When these three herbs are used together, they gradually replenish the kidney essence lost over many years.
A reminder to everyone: Traditional Chinese Medicine requires syndrome differentiation. If needed, please consult a professional physician for timely diagnosis, treatment, and conditioning.
