Many men lack moderation in their youth, and excessive depletion can likely lead to issues such as erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Today, I would like to share a small formula consisting of just two herbs: Schisandra chinensis (Wuweizi) and Epimedium (Yinyanghuo). Schisandra chinensis has the ability to astringe and secure, tonifying the kidneys to consolidate essence, which effectively holds the semen and prevents premature loss. Epimedium is an excellent yang-tonifying herb that provides significant improvement for difficulties with arousal or losing firmness midway. Together, they are very helpful for premature ejaculation and poor hardness caused by kidney yang deficiency.

A reminder to everyone: Traditional Chinese Medicine requires syndrome differentiation. If needed, please consult a professional physician for timely diagnosis, treatment, and conditioning.
