The fourth fear is greasiness. Traditional Chinese Medicine believes the liver governs dredging and evacuation, one aspect of which is discharging turbidity and metabolizing fat. If fat intake is excessive, it increases the liver's burden in processing these substances. After long periods of high-load work, liver problems will arise, which is also a major cause of fatty liver formation.
