An affordable essence-generating formula for everyone: just two herbs to nourish liver essence, supplement spleen essence, and replenish kidney essence.
If you frequently experience symptoms such as lower back pain, blurred vision, tinnitus or hearing loss, lack of energy, poor appetite, and indigestion, Traditional Chinese Medicine believes this is mostly caused by a deficiency of essence and qi in the liver, spleen, and kidney. This is because the kidney governs innate constitution while the spleen governs acquired constitution, together providing energy for all physiological activities, especially reproductive and digestive functions. Today, I would like to share a formula called Er Jing Wan (Two-Essence Pill). Composed of Goji berries (Wolfberry) and Polygonatum (Huangjing), it can simultaneously supplement the liver, spleen, and kidney.
Polygonatum is known as "immortal's grain." It absorbs the essence of heaven and earth, functioning to supplement qi, nourish yin, and greatly replenish essence and qi. Goji berries can fill yin essence, supplement various deficiencies of essence, and moisten the lungs. The combination of these two herbs supplements qi, nourishes yin, and fills essence, effectively addressing deficiencies in the liver, spleen, and kidney.
A reminder to everyone: Traditional Chinese Medicine requires syndrome differentiation. If needed, please consult a professional physician for timely diagnosis, treatment, and conditioning.
