When Meridians Are Clear, the Whole Body Feels Light: Two Movements to Clear Blockages
The first is ear massage. Rub the contours of your ears; you can perform this movement by rubbing both the inner and outer sides to clear Kidney Qi. Use your thumb and index finger to rub up and down along the auricle for about three minutes until the ears become flushed and warm. This is very beneficial for regulating the kidneys. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, it is said that "the kidney opens into the ear," and the ears contain many acupoints corresponding to the internal organs. Doing this not only strengthens the kidneys but also benefits all the internal organs. Consistent practice over the long term will provide great support to the kidneys.
The second is head combing. When you don't have a comb, use your fingers to comb from the front all the way back to the nape of the neck; this is also very helpful for regulation. Be sure to comb the sides of the head as well as the top. Frequent head combing can clear the liver and kidney meridians because the top of the head is the Liver Meridian, the sides are the Gallbladder Meridian, the back of the head is the Bladder Meridian, and the forehead area is the Stomach Meridian. Therefore, when you comb your hair, you are clearing the body's Qi, blood, and meridians. Only when Qi and blood flow smoothly and are sufficient can a person remain free from illness.
You should start doing it too.
